Clinical Positions in Geriatrics 2026-2027

The Division of Geriatrics in the Department of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA is seeking applications for Clinician-Educator positions in the Health Sciences Clinical Professor series at the Instructor, Assistant, Associate or full Professor ranks. Rank and step are commensurate with experience. The position will include various amounts of ambulatory primary care, consultation practice, inpatient and consult attending responsibilities in the UCLA Healthcare System. Other responsibilities will include teaching UCLA medical students, medicine housestaff, and geriatric fellows. An M.D., D.O., or equivalent is required. Applicants must be board-eligible or board-certified in Geriatrics.

Rank and step are commensurate with experience. Successful applicants are expected to conduct research and submit research grants leading to independence as an investigator. The position will include various amounts of ambulatory primary care, consultation practice, inpatient and consult attending responsibilities in the UCLA Healthcare System. Other responsibilities will include teaching UCLA medical students, medicine housestaff, and geriatric fellows. An M.D., D.O., or equivalent is required. Applicants must be board-eligible or board-certified in Geriatrics and have formal research training or substantial research experience.
