Managing ADHD Through Mindfulness
Managing ADHD Through Mindfulness and Neurodiverse Wellness Strategies
A Strengths-Based Approach to Thriving with ADHD
with Dr. Manijeh Motaghy

This course offers an integrative health approach to understanding and managing Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Grounded in neuroscience and mindfulness, it addresses the unique challenges of the ADHD nervous system through education, self-awareness, and evidence-based tools for emotional regulation, focus, and life design.
Rather than focusing on deficits, we explore the Interest-Based Nervous System framework by Psychiatrist, Dr. William Dodson, and utilize Dr. Motaghy’s Mindful Life Optimization methodology to develop inner qualities and skills that reduce ADHD challenges, improve well-being, and restore self-worth and confidence.
