"As a top academic health system, one way we continue to build on our history of excellence and articulate our commitment to our vision, mission and values is by setting five-year strategic institutional goals. These goals serve to guide the team so that we can deliver the best in patient quality, safety, access and capacity management; ensure our organization’s financial sustainability; and make UCLA Health the best place to work. It’s a team effort and collaboration across the organization that helps us to deliver on our goals.”
