Welcome to CORE Kidney!

CORE Kidney is a patient advocacy and support program based on our founding principles of Clinical Excellence, Outreach, Research and Education.

We aim to spread awareness on kidney disease, and provide resources for all: patients, doctors, and the general public. We hold free educational events open to the public that give valuable information about manageable changes patients can make in their daily life to improve their well-being, and prevent future health problems. Our office also conducts clinical research trials, where patients of kidney disease can enroll in.
