Healthy Living Group Medical Visit Program
The Division of Clinical Nutrition offers shared medical appointments to help you learn practical strategies to prevent and manage chronic diseases through lifestyle changes. Our physician specialists apply their expertise in nutrition, East, West and preventive medicine to essential topics on nutrition and healthy living.
In each session, we will explore leading advancements, provide evidence-based insights and offer practical recommendations help you make sustainable changes. We will also address any questions you may have along the way.
