Dr. Catherine Juillard leads the NIH funded global health research initiative Program for the Advancement of Surgical Equity (PASE). The mission of PASE is to develop long-term partnerships with local and international organizations and institutions to identify opportunities to improve access and delivery of surgical care through program development, research, and education.
