Hospital Patient Mobility Program Fund
Immobility during hospitalization leads to rapid health decline. The Hospital Patient Mobility program promotes physical and psychological recovery, shortens hospital stays, and prevents long-term disability. Supporting the Mobility Program Fund ensures patients receive expert guidance and access to essential tools, such as hand bikes, safe movement protocols, and trained staff, to preserve and restore mobility throughout their recovery.
Eugene and Maxine Rosenfeld Medical Home Visit Program Fund
Home visits allow medical professionals to identify problems promptly by recognizing early stages of an illness, enabling them to stabilize a patient instead of hospitalizing them. Supporting the Medical Home Visit Fund enables us to innovate, expand, and deliver the highest quality care to our aging homebound population.
Companion Care Program
Hospital stays can be lonely and isolating, especially for older patients who may have no visitors at all. Your support helps provide trained volunteers who offer companionship through reading, conversation, games, and gentle walks. These simple acts bring connection, dignity, and healing.
