“The UCLA Innovation in Geriatric Medicine Fund is a transformative investment in the future of geriatric care. By providing vital resources for our research, training, and clinical programs, we are not only advancing our knowledge but also ensuring a robust pipeline of future geriatricians. Ultimately, our goal is to drive groundbreaking discoveries that will significantly improve the lives of older adults and their loved ones.”

-Brandon Koretz, MD, MBA

The Innovation in Geriatric Medicine program was established as a resource for the division’s research, educational, and clinical initiatives that improve and understand resiliency. The goal of the program is to build a steady pipeline of future geriatricians and to help them thrive in their scientific pursuits, launch new clinical programs, and attend resiliency-focused training opportunities.
