UCLA Health Sciences (UHS) Minor Volunteer Programs

Minors Volunteering under UCLA Health Sciences

The following programs are designated for invited students between the ages of 16 and 17.

To participate as a volunteer, students must be formally invited by a UCLA Health Sciences faculty member or approved staff sponsor affiliated with UCLA Health or the UCLA Schools of Medicine, Public Health, or Nursing.

Eligibility and acceptance into a volunteer position are determined by the inviting departments and the UCLA Health Sciences Volunteer Office. Priority is given to UCLA undergraduate students.

Minor volunteers are typically invited to assist with administrative tasks and/or basic science research projects under the supervision of UCLA faculty or staff.

Before beginning the clearance process, please review the Volunteer Eligibility Requirements.
