I was so lucky. The nurse took me in immediately. I thought I had an UTI so after he checked all vitals, he went to run the test and then the doctor came in. l she requested an antibiotic and I also ask her about a problem I was having with my allergies and postnasal drip. She told me I could take two medicines at a time while I had only been taking one. so I was very happy with my visit today, especially the fact that I was there for such a short time and had no wait.

Reception staff before and after appointment gets A+ friendly and efficient. Nurse A+ kind, skilled and friendly. Doctor A+ skilled, kind, patiently answered all of my questions. Only wish someone offered the instant A1C check (not bloodwork)

First time going to UCLA Immediate Care. I suspected that I had a UTI. The doctor, Dr. Hagos was excellent. She was professional, knowledgeable, caring, and took time to explain everything and answer my questions. She was competent and efficient but not that friendly. I tried to say something apologetic for registering in at 7:30pm which is the latest time to register to be seen. She was silent in reply and left the room. Either she did not hear me or did not want to dignify my words with a response. It made me feel silly for being there, as if I was wasting her time.
