Walk-ins accepted up to 30 minutes before close, depending on patient volume. If walk-in service reaches capacity, we will schedule an appointment with your PCP or an Immediate Care Video Visit.

Parking & Directions
We are located on the second level of the new Westfield Century City mall, across from Nordstrom. The most convenient parking is via Avenue of the Stars. Follow the Nordstrom directions in the parking structure and mall until you see our UCLA Health sign.
What’s available:
- Acute illness evaluation (e.g., colds, fevers, flu and flu-like symptoms, ear infections, urinary tract infections, etc.)
- Acute pain or injury evaluation (e.g., sprains, strains, cuts, etc.)
- Immunizations and travel health
- IV hydration and fluids
- On-site testing (e.g., rapid strep, urine dip, urine pregnancy, rapid flu, sexually transmitted infections)
- X-rays and imaging referrals
What’s not available:
- Casting and splinting
- Chronic disease management (e.g., cholesterol management, diabetes management, etc.)
- Chronic pain management
- Preventive exams (physicals)
- Pre-operative exams (surgery clearance)
- Refills of controlled substances
