My experience would start at the front desk first where the woman was helpful in taking my information. Not along after, the nurse assisted me and help me to try and diagnose whatever I had. Then the doctor was nice and helpful to finish my experience with UCLA Health.

Everyone we worked with was smart, thoughtful, caring, kind, professional, and mindful of my mom's overall condition while dealing with the issue at hand. Dr. Manavi is the Best female Dr. for our immediate Care at Century she’s very precise with our needs and she is very knowledgeable about our health issues together with my husband, she sees to it that we got the immediate care , that’s why every time we need to Urgent Care at UCLA Century we always ask for her if she’s scheduled, she’s the very Best putting her time as always to us being a patients. We Love her.

My doctor was extremely friendly and quick. I had to get Covid tested. She explained to me that PCR was the best option and even inform me that she would need to go deeper into my nose, which was a nice warning. I really appreciatd her

I had had dermatological surgery the day before. A waterproof bandage was applies which was to last 2 weeks. But the next day the corner was peeling off. It was in an awkward place and it was a complex dressing. So I came in for a professional dressing change. She did a great job. Three days later - all dry and well.

Dr. Shadi was very kind very informative, a great listener and really help me feel safe and calm while learning what was going on with my stomach flu.
