Day of Mindfulness Practice, Community, and Resilience-Building

Join UCLA Mindful for an in-person daylong meditation retreat held at the beautiful UCLA South Bay Campus.

During challenging times, mindfulness meditation can be a powerful refuge to support us in reducing stress, cultivating positive emotions, and building our internal resiliency. On this day of practice, through sitting and walking meditation, and access to nature, we will deepen our concentration, find calm and ease, learn to work with challenges that arise such as anxiety, grief, and anger, and cultivate states of kindness and compassion. We will also offer optional relational mindfulness exercises to build community and offer each other deep listening and connection.

Suitable for all levels.
