In addition, the resource guide provides best practice frameworks to promote a greater sense of inclusivity and belonging within the work and learning environments for LGBTQ+ providers, staff, and trainees.

Professional Organizations

AMSA’s Committee on Gender and Sexuality has produced “Paint Your School Pink” for student leaders that would like to start an LGBTQ+ medical student organization at their school or need advice on how to strengthen an already existing group.
