Sharon Mahan

Sharon Mahan, AS, CHW

Sharon "Paige" Mahan, AS, CHW, serves as a Community Health Worker with the HEaL Trauma Program. She is dedicated to guiding survivors with compassion and empathy as they transition from hospital care back into the community. She is committed to advancing awareness of how physical and social determinants of health profoundly influence healing outcomes, while fostering long term stability.

Theresa Tobias (TT), AA, CHW

Community Health Worker

Theresa Tobias, AA, CHW, known affectionately as TT, plays a vital role in the operations and growth of the HEaL Trauma Program. She is dedicated to empowering survivors as they reintegrate into the community, helping address social drivers of health (SDOH), reduce the risk of re-traumatization, and improve overall quality of life.

Kate Clair, MSN, RN, CEN, TCRN, MICN is a highly experienced Trauma Program Manager at UCLA Health. With over 15 years in emergency and trauma care, Kate is passionate about advancing trauma systems, mentoring nurses, and improving patient outcomes.

​Erik Coll, MPH, BSN, RN, serves as the HEaL Trauma Program Manager and Trauma Injury & Violence Prevention Coordinator. With over two decades of experience in emergency medicine, he focuses on injury prevention and holistic trauma recovery programs.

Daniela Salinas, MPH, is the Research Manager for the HEaL Trauma Program and an Injury Prevention Specialist at UCLA. She holds an MPH in Applied Epidemiology and a BS in Public Health. Her expertise includes protocol development, IRB submissions, data analysis, and publication support.
