The Gastrointestinal and Liver Pathology service at UCLA Health provides rapid, high quality diagnostic histopathology on gastrointestinal endoscopic biopsies, liver biopsies, pancreaticobiliary biopsies, and resections of the gastrointestinal and hepatopancreaticobiliary systems. Our expert team has extensive experience in the diagnosis, grading and staging of neoplastic and non-neoplastic diseases of the digestive system. Our expertise in liver transplant pathology supports UCLA's liver transplant center, one of the busiest in the world.
