Imaging and Diagnostic Studies

Healthcare professionals assisting a patient during a CT scan procedure.

Our specialists perform positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) and conventional nuclear medicine scans to image the body, observe organ function and diagnose disease. We offer all available PET/CT, conventional nuclear medicine and theranostics-based imaging studies.

These scans provide high-resolution pictures of the body’s anatomic structures and enable real-time monitoring of bodily functions, allowing our specialists to evaluate organs and organ systems from head-to-toe.

Three brain scans with color gradients indicating different levels of activity.

Information from these studies allow our specialists to detect, diagnose and monitor diseases and conditions ranging from cancer to Alzheimer’s disease. Your care team will then work with you to determine the best treatment strategy.

Therapeutics and Theranostics

Dual thermal imaging of a human body, highlighting skeletal and organ structures.

Our specialists can treat certain cancers and benign diseases by administering small amounts of radioactive drugs. Some of these treatments use theranostics – a type of precision medicine which specifically targets diseased cells and organs. Nuclear medicine therapeutics and theranostics are safe and often have fewer side effects than conventional treatments.
