We welcome new patients seeking expert rheumatology care. You can request an appointment in the following ways:

• Online Appointment Request: Submit a request to schedule an appointment with a UCLA Health rheumatology physician using the UCLA Health Appointment Request form.
• Direct Scheduling at Select Locations: Some locations allow new patients to request an appointment directly through the clinic card below. Check each location for availability.
