Berry Plus Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup berries, frozen or fresh 
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen 
  • ¾ cup organic full-fat plain Greek yogurt 
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed 
  • Ice and/or water to desired consistency 

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and/or water to desired consistency.
