Dr O knew the years of detail and had a firm grasp of issues on which I had asked her advice; a big plus is that I had submitted a request for virtual meeting with an earliest possible in mid-November, but the doctor saw the need for quick response and we were re-scheduled for the very next day. I’m grateful that all the staff from the person who answered the phone to my doctor were able to switch me to a video conference today instead of an in person meeting, because I had unexpected car trouble. The conversation with Dr. Oliveira was excellent. We able to get down to business focus on all the priorities and she recommended that I get in touch with certain specialists to move forward toward optimal health.
