Dr. Rodolfo Gutierrez proudly serves as a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist at UCLA Health Cancer Care in Westlake Village focusing on delivering patient-centered care across the breadth of hematology and oncology. With an unwavering commitment to the highest standards of care, Dr. Gutierrez employs his expertise in the latest treatment advancements.
Dr. Gutierrez embarked on his educational journey within the University of California system, commencing at UC Irvine and advancing to UC Davis for medical school. Completing his internal medicine and hematology-oncology fellowship at UCLA Olive View programs, he solidified his dedication to providing comprehensive and compassionate patient care.
With an impactful start at The Angeles Clinic and Research Institute, affiliated with Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Dr. Gutierrez contributed to the Phase I clinical trials program exploring novel immunotherapeutics and cellular therapies. Now at UCLA Health Cancer Care Westlake Village, he practices general hematology and oncology.
