Even though I was just a walk-in patient for urgent care,the doctor listened to my complaints with deepest attention. His questions showed that he was seriously listening to me and understandingly trying to find the best solution to my problem. Dr. Cacchione evaluated the the X-ray imagines within minutes and not only told, but also showed where the problem was. His patience, attention, kindness is priceless. Thank you!

The doctor thoroughly explained the reason for the EKG, he had reviewed my prior tests on record and showed me the area of concern. He recommend follow-up with a cardiologist and submitted a referral. He also explained the drug interactions so I can decide on the medication best suited to avoid the interactions with my daily medication.

Really glad I chose this video visit. My first one ever. I got all my questions answered, I think even better than in person bc there was less distraction. No waiting room and waiting in exam room which can take forever sometimes. The doctor is not as rushed I felt and I had more time to ask all questions and get answers. Didn’t have to spend the time with the assistant for routine questions and got all the time with doctor. I’ve been sick 12 days so this really worked out for me to get my prescriptions for my sinus infection late on a Thursday at 6pm. I got to pick up my Rx at my pharmacy before they closed at 7pm and got started last night on antibiotics and nasal spray. Very glad I got this Rx going before weekend. My PC doctor didn’t have appointment until next Wednesday and I couldn’t be sick any longer. Dr Cacchione was very attentive, had answers for every question, and made me feel comfortable with video visit and his knowledge of sinus infections was great! Thank you!!
