Kiana S. Teng, MD

Dr. Kiana Teng is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at UCLA Health in Burbank, specializing in comprehensive care across all stages of life - from preventive wellness exams to family planning and menopause management. Dr. Teng was recognized with an award for excellence in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery from the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, reflecting her commitment to providing patients with the most advanced recovery-focused surgical options.

Originally from Hawaii, she earned both her undergraduate and medical degrees from Creighton University before completing her residency at Adventist Health White Memorial in Los Angeles. For Dr. Teng, the heart of medicine is the partnership between physician and patient. She believes in a collaborative approach to medicine, centering each patient’s unique goals through shared decision-making and evidence-based care.

Outside of the office, she stays active through jiu-jitsu and soccer, and loves exploring the outdoors with her husband and daughter. She takes full advantage of the Southern California landscape, from snowboarding in the mountains to scuba diving in the ocean.
