Hiroshi T. Suzuki, MD, MPH

Dr. Hiroshi Suzuki is a primary care physician who practices in Palos Verdes. He is board certified in family medicine. His clinical interests include preventive care, managing chronic diseases, and assisting patients engage in transitional care after hospitalizations.

Dr. Suzuki grew up in Japan and received his medical degree from Tokyo Medical University. After graduating from medical school, he left Japan to pursue his dream of becoming a U.S. license family physician. He moved to Germany to first broaden his perspective and received his Masters in Public Health from Charite University Medicine Berlin in Germany. After moving to California in 2018, he worked as a clinical research fellow for Preventive Medicine at University of California San Diego and then subsequently graduated from Family Medicine at University of California Riverside as the Resident of the Year.

Throughout medical school, Dr. Suzuki played tennis competitively and continues to play actively today. Having lived in New Zealand, Canada, and Germany, he maintains his interest in exploring the world, trying different foods, and traveling on his off time.
