Carol Cheng, MD

Dr. Carol Cheng is a dermatologist who practices in Santa Monica. She is board certified in dermatology and fellowship-trained in pediatric dermatology. She also directs the acne/rosacea clinic.

Dr. Cheng's clinical interests include all aspects of pediatric dermatology, acne, infantile hemangiomas, atopic dermatitis, and pediatric laser treatments and surgery.

Dr. Cheng grew up in Vancouver, Canada and received both her medical degree and undergraduate degree from Boston University. She completed an internal medicine internship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, before moving back to Boston to complete her dermatology residency at the Harvard Combined Dermatology Program, where she served as chief resident. Following her residency, Dr. Cheng received additional subspecialty training in pediatric dermatology at Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego.
