Getting GROUNDED: A Methodology for Deepening our Practice
In this study group, we'll deepen our existing meditations, using as our framework: GROUNDED*.
This framework will draw together a variety of familiar and new practices which can be done both on the spot and in meditation. The practices will be taught individually and yet they work together in increasingly integrated ways. These practices are perfect for developing more access to well-being and depth-practice in these challenging times.
Each month will cover one or two of the practices connected with the acronym. We will use relational mindfulness exercises to deepen our understanding in many of the modules, as well as guided meditations, inquiry, discussion and lecture.
Note: During each month, you will be expected to be sincerely practicing with each of the monthly practices.
Schedule:
This six-month program meets approximately approximately every two weeks. Each module includes:
- Monthly meeting with Diana to practice together, discuss themes, ask questions, and delve more deeply into 1-2 of the themes.
- Once a month shorter Check-In Session with Diana

Requirements:
Must have been practicing mindfulness for a minimum of two years.
