Event Request Form

If you would like to request PAC Volunteers at your event, please CLICK HERE to fill out the event request form.

Please submit requests 2-3 months in advance. We are currently prioritizing patient visits and hospital events. We ask for patience and flexibility as we continue to recruit and train more therapy animal teams to fulfill the needs of the community. 

While we would like to accommodate all requests, we must first attend to the hospital since our priority at People-Animal Connection is bringing comfort to the patients and their families at the UCLA Medical Center.
