Genomics-Driven Discovery Research
The Center funds basic research and creates new models for disease mechanisms, including the use of stem cells and gene editing and repair. The collaborative multidisciplinary team leverages their expertise to develop promising new investigations and treatments - all activities guided by the Ginsburg Center’s singular focus: employing genomic insights to improve human health through robust diagnostics; more effective, personalized treatments; and evidence-based prevention strategies.
Center faculty are on the leading edge of Computational Genomics research to create advanced tools for artificial intelligence and machine learning and to develop leading-edge cloud-based infrastructure for genomic data, and patient facing genetic analysis.
