Sleep Study Referral
Patients must be referred by a primary care physician or subspecialist physician. Kindly speak with your primary physician for a referral prior to contacting the sleep center.

Westwood Directions and Parking
Our Westwood Sleep Lab is located at:
10833 Le Conte Ave., Suite BE-216, Los Angeles, CA 90095
- The sleep lab is located on the corner of Tiverton Avenue and Le Conte Avenue, across the street from Ralphs.
- Upon arrival, you will see the David Geffen School of Medicine building.
- Turn into the roundabout and drive into the brick tunnel into parking lot 18 & 27.
- At the stop sign, turn right down the small ramp into parking lot 27.
- In lot 27, park your car and pay for parking at the pay station. The pay station will ask for a license plate number.
- The pay station accepts credit/debit cards or cash (exact change only).
- You don’t need to display parking receipt in your car.
- Enter the Sleep Center through the two glass doors directly across from the pay station.
- At the third glass door, press the doorbell to the right of the sliding glass doors to be buzzed in.

- Take the elevator to 1F.
- At Suite 100, press the doorbell button to be buzzed in.
