Sleep Study Referral
Patients must be referred by a primary care physician or subspecialist physician. Kindly speak with your primary physician for a referral prior to contacting the sleep center.

From 405 Fwy
- Take Wilshire Blvd East exit
- Turn left at Westwood Blvd
- Turn right at Le Conte Ave (at the Chick-Fil-A)
- Turn left on Tiverton Ave (Ralph's will be on the right)
- Stay STRAIGHT to enter the TUNNEL towards Patient and Visitor Parking (lots 18 and 27)
- Turn RIGHT at the stop sign to enter the Patient and Visitor Parking (Lot 27)
- Park at any spot and proceed to the pay station with your license number prior to checking in for your appointment.
- Current parking rates: All day - $17; Overnight - $12; 3 Hours - $13; 2 hours - $9; 1 hour - $5
- Pay stations take Credit Card or exact change only. The Sleep Center does not provide change for parking.

- Take the 10 Freeway west towards Santa Monica
- Exit on the 405 North Freeway
