Online Prenatal Community Classes

Registration: Prenatal Community Class Tickets, Tue, Feb 3, 2026 at 5:00 PM | Eventbrite 

Cost: $45.00. This is a series of four sessions offered as a complete package. The fee covers all four classes, not just a single session. Each class builds upon the previous one to provide a comprehensive learning experience.

Description: This course examines how the body changes during pregnancy and what we can do to address some of the most common musculoskeletal issues that occur during this time. 

Through lecture, demonstration and discussion, participants will learn how exercise, posture, breathing and body mechanics can have an effect on their mobility, strength and overall well-being.

Objectives: 

By the end of this 4-week course, participants will be able to:

  • Learn safety guidelines for physical activity throughout pregnancy
  • Learn strategies and techniques to optimize posture, breathing and body mechanics in order to better manage the physical changes that occur during pregnancy
  • Practice exercises to promote flexibility, strength and relaxation

Instructor Bios

Irina

Irina Feldman, PT

Irina Feldman is a California licensed pelvic health specialist dedicated to supporting individuals through pre/postpartum care, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and whole body wellness. Irina Feldman graduated from CSUN in 1998 with a Masters in Physical Therapy. She has completed numerous pelvic health education courses since 2014 and achieved a Clinical Certification in Women’s Health in 2024 through the American Board of Physical Therapist Specialties. She has over a decade of experience treating pelvic floor dysfunctions, pelvic pain, incontinence, as well as teaching a postnatal community exercise class. Irina is a mom of 2 young men which helps her blend her professional expertise with personal understanding in supporting her patients. She is passionate about helping others in restoring function through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Aggie

Aggie Postman Kuchta, PT, DPT

Originally from New York City, Aggie Postman Kuchta graduated from Columbia University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2008. She then moved to Los Angeles to work as a physical therapist and was lucky enough to join UCLA in 2012. Currently, she treats patients with orthopedic conditions as well as individuals with pelvic floor dysfunction. She has a background in dance and dance education as well as certificates of instruction in yoga, prenatal yoga and Pilates. She taught Anatomy, Kinesiology and Dance Injury Prevention for the Department of World Arts and Culture/Dance at UCLA and is excited to bring her knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to this community class.
