Postpartum Space
A Virtual Drop-In Group for Postpartum Journey
This is a welcoming virtual group for women/parent in the postpartum period. Whether you're newly postpartum or a few months in — recovering physically from pregnancy and birth, navigating emotional ups and downs, adjusting to new routines, facing feeding challenges, pumping milk, understanding your baby or simply seeking connection - this group is for you.
Each session is facilitated by a lactation consultant, with support from a rotating team of UCLA specialists including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and social workers. Together, we create a space to talk about postpartum, infant care, mental wellness, share resources, and whatever matters most to you in a community that understands.
When: Every Wednesday from 11:00am-12:00pm
Where: Online via Zoom
