Gifts to our President's Greatest Needs fund allow UCLA Health to enhance the patient experience by funding special innovative hospital programs to help vulnerable patients and families in need of financial assistance during illness. It allows us to invest in the latest equipment and clinical innovations to advance care and improve outcomes.
UCLA Health Nursing Greatest Needs
UCLA Health not only meets the highest standards in nursing – we set them. A contribution of any size to the Nursing Greatest Needs fund supports continuing education for our nurses and supports innovative care and research projects initiated by our nursing teams.

At UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital, something extraordinary happens every day. UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital combines leading research with world-class clinical care to provide hope and comfort to families of sick children. Contributions to the children’s hospital greatest needs fund helps support the most urgent needs of the hospital – the needs that insurance does not cover, but make our hospital a special place of hope and healing.
