              Ingredients:
- 4 cups baby bok choy, washed
 - 1 Tbs oyster sauce (or vegetarian stir fry sauce)
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tsp regular soy sauce (or light soy sauce)
 - ½ tsp sesame oil
 - 1/8 tsp salt
 - 1/8 tsp black pepper (or white pepper)

Instructions:
- Combine garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, black pepper in a mixing bowl with baby bok choy. Mix until sauce coats each leaf.
 - Place a wired steam rack into a large wok or pot and fill with water up to below the rack. Put a large plate on the rack. Cover with lid and boil until steam escapes. Remove lid to release the steam.
 - Transfer seasoned bok choy onto plate in the pot/wok then cover and steam on medium heat for 5 minutes.
 - When bok choy leaves are vibrant green, remove from heat and mix with oyster sauce before serving.
