Roasted Spaghetti Squash Seeds

Ingredients:
- ½ cup spaghetti squash seeds (or pumpkin seeds)
- ½ teaspoon olive or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions:
- Clean and dry seeds thoroughly.
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- In a bowl, toss seeds with oil, maple syrup, cumin, cinnamon, and salt.
- Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stir, then continue baking another 10–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
