Peanut Butter Banana Date Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 Frozen Bananas 
  • 12 oz cup whole milk (or plant milk of choice) 
  • 4-5 dates 
  • 2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter (almond butter or sunflower seed butter works well too) 
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla 

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
