              Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

- ¼ cup chia seeds

- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 tablespoons peanut butter

- 1.5 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions:
- Add the milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, peanut butter, sweetener, and salt to a mixing bowl, blender, or food processor.
 - Stir until well combined with a spoon in the mixing bowl or blend until smooth in the blender or food processor, about 2-3 minutes. Note that the mixture will be quite thin at this point.
 - If you used a blender or food processor, pour the mixture into a small bowl.
 - Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. The mixture will thicken as it chills. This chia pudding will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
 - Stir together to recombine, then serve cold.
