Wendy W. Ho, MD

Dr. Ho received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and earned her medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she was awarded the Dean’s Recognition Award. She completed both her internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. During fellowship training, she also earned a master of public health degree at the Harvard School of Public Health, where she did research in colorectal cancer. Dr. Ho joined the UCLA faculty in 2008 as a clinician educator, where she specializes in seeing gastroenterology patients. She is currently a UCLA Health Sciences Clinical Professor of Medicine.

Dr. Ho has a special interest in genetic colorectal cancer syndromes such as Lynch Syndrome and colorectal cancer screening. She is board certified in gastroenterology and also sees patients with esophageal disorders, gastroesophageal reflux disease, peptic ulcer disease, colorectal disorders, functional bowel disorders including irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatitis, and performs colonoscopy and upper endoscopy.
