He was great, he used a small lighted magnifying tool to look more closely at my moles and spots on my skin, took 4 biopsies, and was efficient and cordial.

I really feel like the doctor was thorough and his assessment was nice. A big thing for me is the appointment time and the actual time I get into the room and complete with my appointment so today my appointment was at 8:45. I got there at around 835. I was pulled into the room at around 840 and I was done with the assessment around 855 and that’s exactly What I expect and I’m very thankful that it was able to happen today. This doctor appears to be on time more often than not so I’m thankful for that as well.

Dr Patel allowed me to come in early and remembered my history. He asked if there was anything new on my face. I showed him a spot and he treated it. He re-evaluated my older spot as a tiny cyst and removed it. He is friendly and thoughtful and took care of everything in about 10 minutes, including an inspection oh my upper body.

Dr. Patel felt like he wasn't interested in engaging with with me any more than absolutely necessary. The exam was performed in what felt like a perfunctory manner and then he was eager to get out the door. Questions and concerns I voiced were quickly waved away without much consideration, discussion, or explanation. Same for the exam, not much explanation or discussion of the findings beyond the bare minimum. Didn't at all feel like a situation where my concerns and questions were given much weight.

Actively listened. Organized a plan for my issues that makes sense. Refreshing to have been given referral for a doctor I have needed & asked for, for years, but for whatever reason, no other doctor has recommended a specialist for this issue. No patronizing. Not dismissive. Had salient medical advice. Office was great. Nurse was wonderful. Well done.

Dr. Patel is a great doctor. He can explain medical issues to me in a simple, straightforward terms that I can easily understand. I went in today for Dr Patel to remove a small basal cell carcinoma from my back. Dr Patel quickly burned off the growth, gave me a once over to see if there were any new problems, zapped me a couple of times and sent me on my way. He is thorough and efficient.

Dr. Patel was excellent. He does a great job of connecting with me on a personal level and he also makes me feel supported and heard in the decision making process.
