I was really frustrated with experience and feeling like I wasn’t heard and taken seriously of my symptoms. To experience the quickest medical appointment, how can you properly support someone in a medical setting? That’s besides the ER in four minutes. They take longer time with patients in the ER than what I experienced in that appointment.

Dr Patel quickly diagnosed a basal cell growth on my nose. He let me know that I shouldn’t worry about it too much, it’s very treatable. He removed and treated it immediately and sent it for biopsy. I could tell by his demeanor that I shouldn’t stress about it.

His entire office staff is equally impressive. The front office team is extremely courteous, organized, and efficient, making the check-in and scheduling process very smooth. The nurse who takes the vitals is also very friendly, professional, and highly proficient. Overall, the entire experience is outstanding. Dr. Patel and his team run a first-class practice, and I highly recommend them.

I really feel like the doctor was thorough and his assessment was nice. A big thing for me is the appointment time and the actual time I get into the room and complete with my appointment so today my appointment was at 8:45. I got there at around 835. I was pulled into the room at around 840 and I was done with the assessment around 855 and that’s exactly What I expect and I’m very thankful that it was able to happen today. This doctor appears to be on time more often than not so I’m thankful for that as well.
