This was my first encounter with this doctor. I did not experience the kind of rapport with the doctor as I usually experience at UCLA on other visits. I believe the doctor is very knowledgeable but I felt the medical exam and related interactions were not very thorough. The doctor only examined me from a distance and made her recommendations. There were no small talk etc.

I’ve seen many dermatologists both in and outside the UCLA system. Dr. Holland is far and away my favorite. I have a problem that has stumped both dermatologists and plastics, but she came to it today with fresh eyes and good ideas. Dr. Holland listens, she is solution oriented and offers answers in a way that shows she cares. She’s also very calm and comforting with a gentle touch. Strange to say it, but I’m looking forward to the next time I need her. I trust she’ll continue to offer stellar care.

I was completely blown away by Dr. Hollands expertise. UCLA doctors really are the best. In less than 10 minutes, she gave me such hope for a series of what I thought were intractable issues with no real solution. Her understanding of the Dermatology issues, clear explanations and practical solutions made me feel like I had just won the lottery.

After arriving on time for my appointment, I was shown into a waiting room. An assistant asked me some questions about my vitals and then said the "the doctor will see you shortly. There is one patient ahead of you." I waited approximately.30 minutes before the Doctor came in. She was professional and administer the freezing applications quickly and informed me of her diagnosis of each tag and abrasion. She then suggested vasoline for better recovery. Everything was perfect except for the long wait.
