Listened. Didn’t rush me. Was patient when I called my husband to see if we had crutches at home. Listened well as when my X-rays came back negative, and I expressed the pain so bad I cried when I had to get up from the toilet seat, he spoke about ordering an mri. Just 100% present in the moment!

He was a magnificent doctor. He listened to me and heard my concerns, gave me concrete advice. Explained why he felt it was good advice based on my experience. He made me feel heard. I think that is what doctors sometimes lack. They dismiss you in the day of google self diagnosis. I get it. But they are still suppose to hear our concerns we know our bodies.

From the moment i walked into Urgent care, i was greeted with immediate attention. Within minutes Dr. Washington came in the room. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. Dr Washington has a friendly and kind bedside manner. He is easy to talk to and listens thoughtfully. He is wonderful at explaining what's going on with a patient and lets you know options if things do not improve. This is my 2nd time seeing him and both times he follows up to see how I am doing after visiting Urgent Care.

He was empathetic and very knowledgeable. He is running a battery of tests, but did give me three different meds to help with the pain I am experiencing in my lungs. I am hopeful that I don’t have pneumonia, but would not be surprised if I did and will need an antibiotic.

Walked in with a cut at the bottom of my foot and I am a runner- and I have a race in 2 weeks- I cut it on metal- The dr listened ck my tenuous shot ( needed one) and he glued and protected my cut- He listened- and helped me through it. He was great!!!!
