I had a really positive experience with Dr. Washington. He truly listened to me, took my concerns seriously, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. I felt heard, respected, and included in decisions about my care. It’s rare to find a physician who combines clinical knowledge with genuine attentiveness, and I’m very grateful for that.

I left the office feeling that I had been heard and that all my medical issues have been addressed appropriately. I would gladly have Dr. Washington become my permanent primary care provider.

He was a magnificent doctor. He listened to me and heard my concerns, gave me concrete advice. Explained why he felt it was good advice based on my experience. He made me feel heard. I think that is what doctors sometimes lack. They dismiss you in the day of google self diagnosis. I get it. But they are still suppose to hear our concerns we know our bodies.

From the moment i walked into Urgent care, i was greeted with immediate attention. Within minutes Dr. Washington came in the room. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. He ordered x-rays immediately. Fortunately, everything was fine. Dr. Washington explained his findings and instructed me how to take the pills. I was very happy with findings and Urgent Care.

While I was explaining my concerns he had already observed my mom’s eyes so when I was done explaining, he said he was sending the prescription over asap to the pharmacy. He also explained care instructions and instructions for the medication. He provided excellent service. Thank you so much for having this service, immediate care video appointments. This service worked great for us as I didn’t have anyone to watch my dad for me to take my mom to an in person office visit.
