He listened with patience to my 5 yrs old explaning her symptoms. He addressed it and on top of it he emailed 2 days later (after the last test results became available) and checked on her. I never expected that from an urgent care Dr. Meant alot. His attitude really helped the appointment goes smoothly as my daughter is only used to have her own primary see her all the time and she was confused why we are in urgent care and another office . Thank you Dr Washingon. UCLA never failed us

Listened. Didn’t rush me. Was patient when I called my husband to see if we had crutches at home. Listened well as when my X-rays came back negative, and I expressed the pain so bad I cried when I had to get up from the toilet seat, he spoke about ordering an mri. Just 100% present in the moment!

He was a magnificent doctor. He listened to me and heard my concerns, gave me concrete advice. Explained why he felt it was good advice based on my experience. He made me feel heard. I think that is what doctors sometimes lack. They dismiss you in the day of google self diagnosis. I get it. But they are still suppose to hear our concerns we know our bodies.

Dr Washington has a friendly and kind bedside manner. He is easy to talk to and listens thoughtfully. He is wonderful at explaining what's going on with a patient and lets you know options if things do not improve. This is my 2nd time seeing him and both times he follows up to see how I am doing after visiting Urgent Care.
