Dr. was very nice, caring and understanding. Great in listening to my concerns about my mom possibly having pink eye and needing medication for her asap. While I was explaining my concerns he had already observed my mom’s eyes so when I was done explaining, he said he was sending the prescription over asap to the pharmacy. He also explained care instructions and instructions for the medication. He provided excellent service. Thank you so much for having this service, immediate care video appointments. This service worked great for us as I didn’t have anyone to watch my dad for me to take my mom to an in person office visit.

DR. Vance m. Washington Is the best, I was in and out of the office . I am so thankful that there was availability on his schedule, I made in appointment same day with my primary but I forgot about walk-ins . He is the definition of a true professional, super warm and welcoming. I had an issue that needed to be addressed and he got me help right away, my meds were delivered to my local pharmacy on time and the staff were all nice and super friendly at the Toluca lake facility. Grateful for this doctor and the team that surrounds him. God bless everyone .
