She was not understanding what I was saying. I explained that I had been treated for Shingles and I was itching all over again. And that my concern was giving it to someone else. She stated that she didn't see that I had been treated for Shingles. I explained that I was looking at MyChart earlier and it showed the doctor that treated me. So, I pulled it up on my phone and showed her. She said something about seeing the procedure I am scheduled for. It appeared to me that she was distracted i.e., not present with me. Ultimately, I took off my shirt. She saw where I was scratching and one of the blisters that had a scab. It's very uncommon to experience that at UCLA.

Dr Te was very helpful and knowledgeable about my pain on my left shoulder. She even sent me home printed out simple exercises for shoulder in order to promote proper circulation and mobility to prevent frozen shoulder and cause further damage . Thank you for this opportunity.
