Tom Chen, MD

Dr. Tom Chen is a primary care physician at the UCLA Encino Primary Care Clinic. He provides comprehensive care including management of chronic medical conditions and preventative health. He is available for in-person and telehealth visits.

Dr. Chen originally attended the University of Missouri in Columbia where he obtained his undergraduate degree. He subsequently graduated from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Medicine. Afterwards, he completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at Saint Louis University Hospital.
