Tiffany Ju, PhD

Dr. Ju is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in behavioral medicine and digestive diseases. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UCLA and earned her PhD in clinical health psychology from the University of Colorado Denver. Dr. Ju completed her internship and fellowship at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, where she received advanced training in chronic pain, oncology and behavioral medicine. She researched irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), mechanisms underlying chronic pain and mind-body interventions at the G. Oppenheimer Center for Neurobiology of Stress and Resilience. Dr. Ju integrates evidence-based psychological interventions while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment to improve the quality of life for individuals facing complex health challenges and gastrointestinal conditions. Her approach focuses on cultivating psychological flexibility and providing patient-centered, trauma-informed care to promote adaptive coping strategies.
