Perfect. I wasn’t clear on whether my symptoms warranted going to the ER or not. She told me what to monitor for today that would call for a ER visit and referred me to see a specialist asap to be checked even if my symptoms don’t return today. Loved being able to do this via telemedicine, instead of going to the ER or urgent care.

I hurt my Left hand pinky finger while bowling last night So I decided to go have it checked today I had no appointment thank goodness that let me get my finger checked It was not broken ect just bruised and cut a little And hurt the doctor looked at it and made a decision to have an x ray it went well They wrapped it up and put a splint on it And sent me on my way Glad they UCLA Health was able to let me be seen by someone Thank youn

The facility, the nurse, the welcoming crew were all amazing! The doctor was ok. She just seemed rushed, too impersonal and too direct with bad news. My internal doctor did not make my blood work sound so horrible as this doctor did! How about teaching your new doctors some soft skills! Thanks!

Great experience at Woodland Hills urgent care yesterday. Dr Mesh was outstanding. She took the time to make me feel comfortable, went over the possibilities due to my ear discomfort, and examined me with a gentle touch. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She removed a small piece of ear wax, and I felt less dizzy right away.
