I was in pain and discomfort. I had what I thought was a UTI, and tried to treat it with Cranberry Juice. After five days, the pain and discomfort were still there so I asked to see a doctor. The doctor prescribed medication, which I took immediately, and I two hours I was pain free.

Dr had a good bedside manner, and was very easy to talk to. She validated my decision to bring my son in to urgent care and provided detailed instructions for medication use. While not directly related to my son’s illness, she thought of an alternative otc seasonal allergy medication to help my son’s congestion.

I love UCLA! The wait was short, the doctor was kind, respectful, and understood my concerns. She gave me instructions and told me what she was going to do. Aside from all this, I love how she was able to access all my current medical information.
