She was great.
Last night I took my mother to the UCLA Urgent Care in Santa Clarita because of a painful eye infection, and Dr. Wali was the physician who treated her. From the moment she walked into the room, the atmosphere changed. You could immediately feel how kind, caring, and compassionate she was. Dr. Wali was incredibly patient with my mother and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. She is not only very knowledgeable and intelligent, but she also truly cares about her patients. Her calm and warm approach made us feel comfortable and reassured during a stressful moment. We truly need more doctors like her. I deeply appreciate her professionalism, her compassion, and the care she provides to every person she treats. Thank you, Dr. Wali, for being such a wonderful doctor and caregiver.
