This appointment with Dr Emami was a routine check-in to discuss blood work results from several days earlier. Dr Emami is friendly and professional, going over my current results in comparison to previous tests. It is clear that he had prepared in advance of my visit. He then adjusted my medicine going forward. I appreciate Dr Emami.

I was at the clinic for follow-up appointments with my Cardiologist and Neurologist. Both Doctors were thorough with their examinations and explained my on-going treatment, I had questions that they answered to my understanding, The lobby was clean and all the nurses were friendly. my nurse who worked.with my Doctor was very pleasant. I left the Clinic feeling like I had a tuneup.

Dr. Emami explained the clinical rationale for changing my medication and sent the new prescription order to my pharmacy of choice before I had left the office. He also discussed with me the significance of the findings of the recent laboratory blood test/metabolic panel and assured me that they indicate an improvement in my condition. I am to return in 3 months for follow-up.

My experience with Dr. Emani yesterday was extremely reassuring as I was expecting to eventually be put on dialysis with the diagnosis that sent me to his office. Dr. Emami explained to me the fact that at my age, and not having Diabetes or high blood pressure, I need not worry about my kidneys becoming damaged. I forgot to mention that I have been a vegetarian for 29 years as well.
