Dr. A, who has given me medical care on 4 different urgent care visits, is not an ordinary doctor. She diagnoses the WHOLE person, and looks for the root causes rather than just treating the symptoms (though she does that effectively also). Her advice, bedside manner, and opinions about care show her continued and up to date education. I leave knowing she has steered me in the right direction every time. I value her opinions and respect her advice.

She's professional, intelligent, observant, warm, through, and patient! Very patient and thorough, indeed. She's not rushed nor insincere. It was a walk-in. Dr Aghazdeh was exceptional.. to the point that I was very motivated to do this survey (which tends to be ignored, sorry!). She was very personable, very thorough with her explanations, and timely with the whole visit. I was in so much pain, yet being attended with Dr. A really made the whole experience bearable. I felt very much taken care of.

I appreciated the experience because the doctor followed up with me (on a Sunday no less) after my initial visit to make sure things were getting better. The doctor was very thorough and gave me simple and specific tasks and made it easy to create an execute a care plan. The doctor also gave me scenario based instructions, depending on how things changed in the coming days. Just an all-around delight.

Dr.A listened very carefully to my description of my symptoms and asked very thorough questions. She advised me to go to the emergency room for further testing because she suspected that I may have had a more serious condition than I had thought. It turned out I had an infected gall bladder which was removed the next day. Kudos to "Dr. A" for urging me to take that extra step!
