Dr. Towne explained the results of my radiological scan and made sure I understood their concerns. They gave me different options to try and resolve my reflux issues and let me have the autonomy to choose which to try. I really liked how easy it was to talk to them and that they didn’t talk down to me as a patient.

Dr. Towns is just first rate. She asks incisive good question about my health issues. Thoughtfully suggests a plan to address it or them, She is warm and welcoming and invites trust. She also seems especially knowledgeable and can explain medicalize issues and terminology cogently .

I had transfer of care to a new doctor, Dr. Townes. What a delightful person she is! She was familiar with my medical history but thoroughly asking lots of questions about me. She told me which tests and doctors’ visits I must do. She is also very professional and polite. I am happy to have her as my PCP .
