Dr. Sahar Askarinam is a board-certified Family Physician. She graduated from UCLA with a bachelor's degree in Physiological Science and then received her medical degree from David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. She completed a residency in Family Medicine at Dignity Health Northridge and is excited to be back at UCLA, serving the Los Angeles community.

She’s the best. So attentive, great listener
I went in for a full physical and left feeling unheard and dismissed. The visit mainly consisted of reviewing my medications and ordering blood work. When I brought up concerns, they were either denied or written off without discussion. As a new patient, I expected a more thorough visit — including in-depth questions about my medical history or a more complete examination. A full physical should feel more comprehensive than this. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet that expectation.
