Dr. Omino is a board-certified gastroenterologist. He specializes in all aspects of general gastroenterology including, but not limited to, esophageal disorders, peptic ulcer disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome, GI bleeding, general hepatology, constipation, colorectal disorders, IBD, colorectal cancer screening, endoscopy and colonoscopy. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and American Gastroenterological Association. He is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology. Dr. Omino speaks both English and Japanese. Dr. Omino performs endoscopy procedures primarily in Simi Valley and West Hills.
He completed his medical school training at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. He completed residency in internal medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Omino then completed his fellowship training in gastroenterology at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
